Ni-NTA Regen and Ni-NTA Neutral Buffers allow for continuous regeneration of the Ni-NTA (i.e., Tris-NTA and charged with Ni2+ ions binding to His-tagged proteins) probes, without the need for an additional Ni2+ recharging step. Is used for regeneration up to 20 times, with no loss in binding rate.
