The Gator® HS AAV Kit enable high sensitivity quantification of AAV serotypes 1-8, 10 and chimeric serotypes in purified and crude samples. The HS AAV Kit includes:

- AAV Amplification Solution
- AAV Substrate Solution
- AAV Substrate Diluent
- Q Buffer
** Contains temperature sensitive components. Must be shipped overnight. **
*Not compatible with Gator® AAVX probe (Part No. 160017)
Store Temperature & Instructions
Storage Instructions:
Biosensors:
Store at room temperature.
Store in accompanying foil packaging with desiccant to avoid moisture. Under high humidity environments, storage in a dry cabinet is recommended.
Reagents:
Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C to prolong shelf life. For an assay, acclimate the reagents to RT before use.
